Emeritus Students of College of Marin (ESCOM) was designed to foster lifelong learning opportunities for adults of Marin County through educational, social and cultural activities. The Emeritus Program, created in 1974, is a pioneer in the innovative use of community colleges for adults. Membership in ESCOM is open to all students and community members with no previous educational requirements, only a desire to participate.
